Drive impactful change initiatives with our client as a Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist in Calgary. This hybrid contract position focuses on leading readiness and adoption for a new SaaS solution.

As a Senior OCM Specialist with over 10 years of experience, you will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Your role will include stakeholder engagement, developing communication strategies, and leading training initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. This position directly influences transformational outcomes across complex operational environments, ensuring organizational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management activities for Crew Hotel solution

• Partner with leaders to assess impacts and prepare teams

• Develop communication and training adoption plans

• Facilitate readiness workshops and go-live support

• Drive adoption of new operational practices post-implementation

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Organizational Change Management

• Proven experience with stakeholder engagement

• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills

• Prosci certification or equivalent OCM methodology

• Experience in SaaS implementations preferred
