As a Staff Product Manager, you will oversee Twilio's sender onboarding processes, driving core provisioning and lifecycle management. Your mission is to unify the complex user journey through data-driven decisions and effective partnerships with Engineering, Design, and compliance teams. By enhancing sender recommendations and bulk purchasing, you will facilitate international expansion while maintaining a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize core sender selection and management workflows
• Drive platform orchestration for a unified user experience
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design for compliance embedding
• Utilize product analytics to monitor performance and outcomes
• Manage end-to-end roadmap planning and stakeholder alignment
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in product management (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)
• Proven track record with complex systems
• Strong technical acumen for cross-team dependencies
• Excellent data analysis and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
