• $65.00 - $90.00 hourly
• Pay rate: $60 to $75 for T4. Incorporated: $75 - $90 depending on experience

• Partner with internal stakeholders to define business requirements
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with operational objectives
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities through market analysis
• Lead sourcing events, including RFx processes and supplier selection
• Negotiate commercial terms to achieve measurable cost savings
• Design and implement contracting and negotiation strategies
• Manage contract lifecycle, including compliance and performance
• Support contract governance, approvals, and claims management

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in contracts, sourcing, or procurement
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Strong background in cost optimization and total cost of ownership analysis
• Advanced negotiation skills with service-based contracts
• Solid understanding of contracting models and risk management
• Experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba or similar tools)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
