The Senior Proposal Strategist role involves guiding the proposal plan's development and management, collaborating with leaders in business development and project management. You will tailor proposals based on feedback, recommend solutions, and oversee post-submittal tasks to ensure success in securing business. Your expertise will shape proposals that enhance client competitiveness and support overall company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and draft winning proposal plans and strategies
• Lead proposal team assignments and management plans
• Present at pink team reviews and refine materials
• Recommend solutions during proposal kickoff meetings
• Support metrics development for project success
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications
• 8 years of experience in business development or marketing
• Proficient in Adobe In Design
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• APMP certification preferred
