Lead client engagement and business development in Calgary with Mott Mac Donald as a Key Account Leader. Drive strategic initiatives in transportation and municipal infrastructure services across Alberta.
Mott Mac Donald is seeking a Key Account Leader to enhance client relationships and develop business for transportation and municipal infrastructure. In this senior role, you will build connections with key stakeholders, manage project delivery, and lead business development efforts. Your expertise will support Mott Mac Donald’s growth in Alberta’s engineering consultancy market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
• Drive business development and identify new opportunities
• Lead bid processes and support project delivery teams
• Ensure commercial performance and risk management
• Represent Mott Mac Donald at industry networking events
Requirements:
• Minimum of 15 years delivering transportation or municipal projects
• 5 years with Calgary or Alberta government experience
• Strong technical background in relevant market areas
• Proven client relationship management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
