Hybrid Senior Analyst in Safety Reporting

This role focuses on promoting a culture of safety while leading enterprise safety reporting, including scorecards and dashboards. You will design and deliver Power BI reports, ensuring accuracy and user-friendly insights. Analyzing safety data to identify trends and recommending improvements will be key responsibilities in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise safety reporting and scorecard creation

• Design Power BI dashboards for executive insights

• Analyze safety data for trends and actionable insights

• Manage safety classification frameworks for accurate reporting

• Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage technology

Requirements:

• 5+ years in reporting analytics, preferably in safety

• Degree or certification in Occupational Health and Safety

• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL for data analysis

• Experience with Azure Databricks and cloud-based systems

• Strong analytical and communication skills
