In this position, reporting to the Manager, Asset and Reliability, you will spearhead the Asset Integrity team. Your focus will be on enhancing strategies, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and managing performance metrics, all while fostering collaboration between various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the Asset Integrity team

• Monitor and improve pipeline and facility integrity programs

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate standards

• Facilitate training and best practices implementation

• Prepare budgets and report on integrity performance to leadership

Requirements:

• 10 years’ experience in Asset Integrity, including 5 years of leadership

• Strong grasp of relevant industry regulations

• Skilled in risk assessments and program management

• Experience with budgeting and capital project oversight

• Excellent communication and strategic engagement skills
