As the first to hold this title at Ashby, your influence spans from pre-sales to post-sales initiatives. Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to enhance user outcomes. The role requires a strong understanding of customer operations to ensure that the value promised is effectively delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the creation of impactful assessment methodologies
• Conduct executive value discussions for strategic opportunities
• Empower SE and CSM teams with valuable insights and resources
• Monitor customer success to affirm value realizations
• Test and enhance messaging for key deals
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in value consulting in SaaS
• Demonstrated ability to generate clear, impactful narratives
• Ability to manage cross-functional relationships effectively
• Proficiency in simplifying complex concepts
• Passion for supporting Talent Acquisition initiatives
