Integration and Training Intern Position

In this role, you'll support critical change management activities while pursuing a degree in relevant fields such as Human Resources or Organizational Development. Your contributions will include preparing training resources and engaging with various stakeholders to prepare for successful go-live integrations. This internship provides a unique platform for those passionate about organizational change and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to change management stakeholder analysis and readiness tracking
• Assist in drafting communication materials for diverse audiences
• Develop and organize training resources including job aids
• Schedule and track logistics for training sessions
• Maintain documentation such as action logs and meeting notes
Requirements:
• Genuine interest in change management and training processes
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented with an analytical approach to data collection
