As part of Rife's dedicated team, the Mineral Land Analyst will report directly to the Director of Land Asset Management.

Your role is critical for ensuring compliance, managing contracts, and administering mineral title records accurately. Strong analytical and communication skills will be essential as you interact with stakeholders and support various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day mineral lease and contract administration

• Analyze land data to support compliance functions

• Prepare and update fee leases and amending agreements

• Issue notices related to lease obligations and terminations

• Conduct lease reviews and assist with clean-up efforts

Requirements:

• Petroleum Land Administration Certificate and 7 years of experience

• Detail-oriented along with excellent verbal and written skills

• Experience with CS Explorer, Geo Scout, and similar platforms

• Solid knowledge of P&NG regulations

• Ability to work independently and under pressure
