This position offers a permanent full-time opportunity where you will manage a dedicated block of clients in the retirement sector. Develop business strategies, advise on plan enhancements, and maintain compliance with governance and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively seek new business and maintain current client relationships
• Achieve sales targets and department goals consistently
• Oversee plan performance with annual reviews and reports
• Guide clients through transitions or special projects
• Serve as a knowledge resource for plan governance and management
Requirements:
• College degree or equivalent business experience
• LLQP required within a year of hiring
• Minimum five years in a related field
• Proficient in communication and relationship building
• Strong understanding of investment options and categories
