Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Deal Governance processes and discussions

• Assess deals and provide feedback on quality

• Coach junior team members in risk management

• Identify under-scoped efforts and early warning signals

• Integrate AI insights into deal assessments

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in consulting or risk management

• Strong understanding of the deal lifecycle and risk assessment

• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred

• Effective communicator with a structured risk mindset
