You will help drive operational success through optimizing workflows and acting as a representative for the Claims function. Your contributions will include leading innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead portfolio-level performance initiatives and reimagine processes
• Collect and structure data for comprehensive analyses
• Develop documentation supporting recommendations and implementations
• Facilitate workshops to improve claims processes with AI integration
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across departments
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Strong expertise in process optimization and project management
• Proven ability to translate complex data for stakeholders
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and data tools
• Comfort with ambiguity and occasional travel
