DART Readiness Coordinator

In this full-time position, you will oversee the DART members’ roster and support recruitment and engagement efforts. Collaborating closely with the International Disaster Response Unit, you will ensure that personnel are properly prepared to respond to emergencies. Your organizational skills and passion for humanitarian work will drive the success of disaster relief efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the DART roster including profiles and deployment data
• Collaborate with the DART Recruiter on hiring needs
• Ensure all personnel details and contracts are current
• Provide logistical and emotional support to DART members
• Facilitate engagement activities and debriefs post-deployment
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years in an administrative role
• Experience in international relief environments
• Strong detail orientation and team collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
