In your position as an Estimator, you will evaluate the damage to vehicles and ensure precise appraisals for repairs. You’ll be responsible for negotiating with insurance adjusters, maintaining documentation, and overseeing repair progress in the shop. This role seeks to ensure every vehicle adheres to safety and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the extent of damage on various vehicle types

• Submit detailed appraisals for insurance approval

• Collaborate with insurance appraisers for negotiations

• Ensure adherence to safety standards during repairs

• Track daily progress and productivity of vehicle repairs

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in damage appraisal experience

• 3 years working in auto body repairs

• Proficient in Mitchell and Qaptor systems

• Bilingual in French and English preferred

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
