Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors
• Administer community-focused events and activities
• Maintain operational standards for meeting rooms
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Report and manage space capacity efficiently
Requirements:
• Relevant degree with at least 1 year in customer service
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Teams and Office applications
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• First Aid certification is advantageous
