Job Responsibilities
- Team up with subject matter experts (SMEs) to learn about our organization’s processes and systems, specifically in the areas of provisioning enterprise products
- Operationalize strategic plans for new product offerings (GTMs) by testing, adopting, documenting, and communicating necessary changes
- Manage contractor resources, assigning GTMs based on experience and balancing workload across the team
- Lead and participate in large cross‑functional teams, driving the conversation around provisioning impact
- In partnership with multiple internal operations teams, engineering and product management, maintain backlog of new GTMs, support release timelines, drive testing efforts, and deliver knowledge transfer
- Aid the provisioning team, addressing customer concerns and tapping into expertise to investigate product-specific challenges
- Be a champion of scaling the business through automation by identifying ideas, partnering with technical teams for development, testing solutions, and leading enablement and organizational change
- Crafts and maintains documentation crucial to performing the role. Includes: job procedures, corporate policies, process flows, FAQs, and new hire onboarding documentation
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
The U.S. pay range for this position is $98,800 – $202,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $139,700 – $202,250.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non‑sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
