Join AVEVA as a Contract Specialist in Calgary, Canada, to support the North America Sales team with essential contractual documentation. Engage with stakeholders to ensure timely contract delivery and compliance.
The Contract Specialist will manage contract templates and support the Sales department with negotiations. You will primarily focus on North American operations while working closely with the Americas Contract Management team. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue standard contractual documents
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies in contracts
• Review and negotiate non-standard contracts with legal
• Support Sales with tendering and contractual queries
• Cover for US colleagues during absences as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in contract negotiation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong team collaboration
