MBPS is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Finance Transformation and Operational Excellence. In this influential position, you will lead projects that focus on process and performance improvement within finance operations. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder management and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement through training and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage Transformation and Operational Excellence initiatives

• Ensure high-quality project delivery on time and within budget

• Lead medium-sized transformation and improvement programs

• Provide guidance to project delivery teams

• Cultivate stakeholder relationships across business functions

Requirements:

• 6-7 years leading process improvement projects

• At least 3 years of project management experience

• Management consulting experience preferred

• Familiarity with BPO tools and Lean Six Sigma methodology

• Experience collaborating with global teams
