In this role, you will empower energy companies with data-driven insights, helping them solve complex business challenges. With over three years in customer-facing or consulting roles, you’ll support onboarding and provide ongoing analytics services. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to drive commercial objectives and ensure product effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the complete customer experience from onboarding to support
• Conduct technical analyses using APIs and time series datasets
• Serve as a subject matter expert on company products
• Provide customer feedback to enhance value and retention
• Assist Sales and Marketing with business development initiatives
Requirements:
• 3+ years in consulting or customer-facing roles
• Proven ability to learn technical concepts independently
• Experience with complex technical integrations
• Strong Excel and BI tool proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
