Business Transformation Architect - Finance & HR

In this role based in Calgary or Toronto, you will partner closely with business units to design and implement innovative business models and services. Your expertise in business strategy and design will help transform processes that deliver measurable value, making this a key position in CPKC’s strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design initiatives applying innovative process modeling techniques

• Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to develop strategic solutions

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders

• Create prototypes and business cases for testing and feedback

• Document and translate requirements for effective implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required

• Minimum 5 years of frontline leadership experience

• 3+ years in business strategy or transformation roles

• Expertise in design thinking and business model generation

• Proven ability to ideate and implement process innovations
