New Grad Program – Supply Chain Management

Cenovus’s New Grad Program aims to attract, develop and retain exceptional new grads to build a top talent pipeline for the company. Participants will complete three consecutive 12‑month rotational assignments across various business areas of Cenovus Supply Chain Management (SCM). Upon completion, you will be matched to a permanent role based on business need.

First rotation will be based in Calgary, AB. Additional rotations may be at site operations such as Foster Creek, Christina Lake, and Sunrise. Relocation may be required and support will be provided as per Cenovus internal policies.

  • Well Delivery & Corporate SCM Operations
  • SCM Shared Services
  • SCM Atlantic Region
Responsibilities
  • Data analysis and visualization creation
  • System administration and maintenance
  • Supplier onboarding
  • Supplier negotiation support and supplier relationship management
  • Drafting and executing legal agreements and amendments
  • Post‑contract management and support of various portfolios
  • Commercial assurance and risk mitigation analysis
  • Facilitation of business engagement with subject matter experts and liaising with internal functions
Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Available to begin work June 2027
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce or related program completed by May
    31,2027 and within the last 2 years
