Program Manager for Startup Ecosystem

With 5–7 years in program management or startup operations, your responsibilities will include tracking outcomes, managing funding, and ensuring stakeholder compliance. You will excel in building meaningful community connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a supportive cohort structure

• Manage participant recruitment and outreach strategies

• Oversee budget and program operational tasks

• Report program performance metrics to stakeholders

• Maintain relationships with funders and ecosystem partners

Requirements:

• 5–7 years in program management or ecosystem roles

• Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred

• Experience in program design with multiple stakeholders

• Strong interpersonal and facilitation abilities

• Familiarity with tools like Asana and Slack
