The Role Provide project stakeholders (clients, Tundra sales and operations team) updated with project status, deadlines and issues.
Ensure adequate project organization and communication is conducted.
Coordination of multiple vendors.
Create project schedules, manage milestones, change orders and invoicing.
Organize project handover and kickoff meetings.
Accountable for the execution of projects from hand-off to completion. Customer service comes first!
Prepare/compile monthly status and progress reports, as required.
The Candidate
Education:
A technical diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Work Experience:
2-3 years of project coordination experience.
Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of MS Office including MS Project;
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.
