As a key leader in the Major Projects Office, you will enhance organizational effectiveness through collaboration with the VP, developing business strategies and executive-level materials.
Your role encompasses overseeing technology enablement, governance frameworks, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery across the pipeline system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of organizational strategies and business plans
• Manage technology enablement and digital transformation initiatives
• Develop executive-level briefings for senior leadership
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and relationships
• Oversee continuous improvement of operational excellence
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in major projects
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields; MBA preferred
• Experience in oil and gas or pipeline sector
• Proven leadership in complex project environments
• Strong communication and strategic advisory skills
