Position: Proposal Writer for Promise Robotics
Drive funding success at Promise Robotics as a Proposal Writer. Support grant applications and funding proposals that fuel innovation in Physical AI for homebuilding.

In this role, you will manage the entire proposal lifecycle, ensuring timely submissions of grant applications and business proposals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in operations, engineering, and finance, your ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear narratives will be key. You will help secure partnerships and funding that support our mission and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end proposal process for submissions

• Research and monitor relevant grant and funding opportunities

• Partner with teams to gather and translate complex information

• Write and edit all sections of proposals

• Track proposal timelines and manage submission requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proposal writing or technical communication experience

• Exceptional written communication skill set

• Strong organization with detail orientation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools

• Bachelor’s degree in business or communications
