This role is perfect for an experienced Analyst who ensures the success of Dynamics 365 in project-centric business processes. You will focus on project accounting, billing, time entry, and forecasting requirements while maintaining system reliability. Contribute positively to ongoing support for client projects while engaging with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and implement business requirements for D365 Project Operations
• Prepare and maintain functional design documents (FDDs)
• Resolve functional issues and reproduce them in sandbox environments
• Support testing, release validation, and platform updates
• Recommend continuous improvements to business processes
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Project Management, or related fields
• 5–8+ years of Dynamics 365 experience
• Significant experience in Dynamics 365 Project Operations
• Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
