Calgary Project Coordinator

Position: Calgary Project Coordinator Contract Role
Join Source Energy Services as a Project Coordinator in Calgary, Alberta, supporting capital projects with crucial administrative and procurement functions. This on-site position emphasizes teamwork and efficient project governance.

As part of a 12-month maternity leave contract, this role supports the Director of Construction and involves close collaboration with project managers and vendors. You’ll track project costs, manage purchase orders, and ensure all documentation aligns with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage purchase orders following company guidelines

• Monitor and analyze project expenditures against budget

• Handle invoice coding and routing through Medius Flow

• Establish document control systems for project documentation

• Facilitate communication between project teams and external vendors

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in relevant fields such as Business or Project Management

• 3-5 years' experience in project administration or coordination

• Familiarity with budgeting and cost reporting

• Capability to travel to project sites

• Strong organizational and communication skills
