In this pivotal role, you will manage the design and updates of client benefit booklets and contracts, facilitating effective communication between Group Source, carriers, and clients while adhering to Service Level Agreement timelines. With a strong focus on accuracy, your contributions will help improve business processes, making a direct impact on client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and update benefit booklets and contracts online
• Transfer plan design information into booklets and contracts
• Upload current booklets to administrative and claims systems
• Punch and bind booklets when required
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably with contracts
• Familiarity with CRM and insurance carriers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Minimum 50 wpm keyboarding speed
