Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage high-impact events and community initiatives

• Track sponsorship performance and revenue growth

• Optimize all event logistics, including safety compliance

• Train and motivate event staff for optimal performance

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; marketing or event planning certification

• 2+ years of event planning experience

• Intermediate skiing/snowboarding ability required

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Must have valid driver’s license and work permit
