Production Supervisor at CPKC

• Collaborate with Manager Production and provide project updates

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and CPKC standards

• Conduct investigations into policy breaches and implement corrective actions

• Develop and optimize workflows for efficiency improvements

• Evaluate capital work and confirm execution strategies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license required

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Track Renewal/Maintenance

• Willingness to travel 100% with defined territory

• Proven leadership and team management skills
