As a Career Coach with Hawkeye Properties and Workforce Innovation, Inc., you will play a critical role in the employment journey of your clients. Your expertise will guide individuals through the preparation of Individual Employment Plans while assisting them in identifying suitable job opportunities. You'll have access to job fairs and be involved in collaborative efforts with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Individual Employment Plans for job seekers
• Research potential employers for job opportunities
• Facilitate job clubs and career workshops
• Track clients' progress in training and job searches
• Collaborate with partners to generate job leads
Requirements:
• Associate degree from a two-year college required
• 2-3 years in social services or job development
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
• Valid CA driver's license and insurance
• Strong communication and client management skills
