Starting Salary: $80,000 per annum
Join Our TeamAstro Hill is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Rental & Financial Coordinator to join our team in Iqaluit, Nunavut. This onsite position is responsible for coordinating residential leasing and tenant services while supporting financial administration and maintenance operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and accounting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Process and submit Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
- Process and submit Accounts Payable (AP) transactions
- Maintain accurate financial and tenant records
- Track invoices, payments, and account balances
- Support reporting and reconciliation activities as required
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and prospective residents
- Provide professional and responsive customer service in person, by phone, and by email
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Review tenant complaints and coordinate appropriate resolutions
- Prepare, organize, and administer rental agreements and lease documentation
- Maintain accurate tenant files and records
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
- Support occupancy management and leasing activities
- Receive and review maintenance requests from tenants
- Create, organize, and track maintenance work orders
- Coordinate maintenance tickets with technicians and contractors
- Follow up on completed work to ensure satisfactory resolution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, accounting, property management, or a related field
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience in property management or residential leasing is considered an asset
