Account Manager in Linguistic Services

Join Cethos as an Account Manager, focusing on client relationships and project execution in a fully remote environment or at our Calgary office. You'll manage linguistic validation and clinical translation projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships while delivering high-quality translation services. Cethos specializes in supporting clients in clinical trials and regulatory submissions, making your expertise essential. You'll coordinate various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards, all while connecting with clients that depend on you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for client accounts

• Learn and anticipate clients' upcoming needs

• Scope out projects and engage clients with tailored proposals

• Oversee simultaneous projects across various teams

• Ensure quality control over all deliverables

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of B2B client or project management experience

• Strong comfort with commercial targets

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Detailed knowledge of Word and Excel

• Authorized to work in Canada or remote with Mountain Time availability
