Project Administrator

Position: Project Administrator at Onward

This role offers hands-on experience in managing capital renewal projects in Calgary's affordable housing sector.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Junior Project Administrator supports various projects across Onward's portfolio. You'll gain experience in project coordination, documentation, vendor management, and resident communication, contributing to a meaningful mission. Your responsibilities will include tracking project milestones and budgets while maintaining communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing building improvement projects

• Coordinate meetings and prepare project documentation

• Track budgets and contractor performance efficiently

• Participate in site visits to monitor project conditions

• Develop reports and tracking tools for project oversight

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field

• 1 to 3 years of project coordination experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Valid driver’s license for site visits
