Position: Senior Associate Client Coordinator at PwC
Lead operational support as a Senior Associate Client Coordinator r role will enhance client service in Tax, ensuring quality and risk-aware delivery.

In this role, you will provide critical operational, administrative, and project coordination support to Tax business units. Your responsibilities will include engagement administration, proposal coordination, and client relationship management. You will work with various firm systems to maintain data integrity and support timely project delivery, collaborating with multiple stakeholders along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engagement initiation and onboarding activities

• Support proposal processes, tracking timelines and deliverables

• Provide project coordination for complex engagements

• Facilitate client activity coordination and relationship support

• Document and standardize repeatable processes for efficiency

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related discipline preferred

• Experience in project coordination and client service

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with firm systems and workflow tools

• Bilingual in English and French preferred
