Hexagon Program Manager for Legal Operations

Become Hexagon's Program Manager for Legal Operations, based in Calgary, Alberta, Morton, Illinois, or Tucson, Arizona. Lead critical legal and compliance programs that enhance operational efficiency and governance across the organization.

As part of Hexagon's Autonomous Solutions team, you will work closely with the VP, Business Area General Counsel and collaborate with teams such as Global Business Services and Strategy.

Your role will focus on managing complex legal initiatives and implementing AI-driven programs. Strong executive communication and program management skills will be essential for this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end management of legal programs

• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and achieve project milestones

• Embed PMO standards in all legal operations

• Foster relationships across corporate divisions for effective collaboration

• Enhance reporting frameworks for legal compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or similar

• 5+ years of experience in Legal or Compliance management

• Proven track record in global program leadership

• Strong understanding of legal operations and AI technologies

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
