Compensation for associates entering the firm is extremely competitive and grows rapidly with strong performance.

We are interested in meeting MBA students from Canadian schools scheduled to graduate between December 2026 – August 2027. Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extra-curricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional internships, or through personal initiatives. We seek people with drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.
