Position: Defence Sector Proposal Coordinator Role
Become a Proposal Coordinator supporting the Defence team, working from either Edmonton or Calgary. This role involves collaborating on government proposal submissions and initiatives critical to business development.
As the Proposal Coordinator, you will report to the Pursuit Manager and leverage your 3-5 years of experience in proposal creation for government projects. Your ability to manage content quality and deadlines while maintaining clear communication is crucial. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee proposal preparation and track submissions

• Distribute and manage RFP information among team members

• Collaborate with the Defence Proposal Team for content strategy

• Ensure proposals are compelling and compliant with standards

• Archive information and keep marketing databases up to date
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal development

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
