This 12-month contract position entails collaboration with Business Opportunity Managers and a dedicated Business Transformation team. You will document business cases, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and ensure alignment on valuable opportunities. Your ability to communicate complex information will be vital in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and document initiatives with BOMs
• Prioritize business and AI use cases for action
• Conduct workshops for process mapping and improvement
• Establish value proposition metrics for projects
• Contribute to decision-making documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 8 years' experience in a related role
• Expertise in oil and gas environments
• Understanding of ERP and AI systems
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
