Candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant industrial experience, alongside Lean Six Sigma certifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and monitor unit performance KPIs
• Lead ideations with cross-functional teams
• Support activities from the program office
• Train and mentor shop personnel
• Collaborate to improve workflow and performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field
• 3-5 years’ industry experience required
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Ability to work with statistical and analytical tools
• Strong communication skills across teams
