ATS Traffic is seeking dedicated Seasonal Flaggers for the 2026 season in scenic Lake Louise. Successful candidates will manage traffic flow effectively and safely, directing vehicles with confidence. This position offers full training and a supportive work environment to ensure you emerge as a skilled Traffic Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct traffic to ensure safe road conditions
• Signal vehicles to slow down, stop, and proceed
• Work flexible 4 days on, 4 days off schedules
• Collaborate closely with team members
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
• Own transportation to commute to work
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Previous experience in Traffic Control or Construction is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must join ATS Traffic's core values in operations
