Stantec seeks an experienced bilingual coordinator for its Calgary location. You will work closely with project teams and sub representatives to evaluate submissions, coordinate required documentation, and maintain an organized online database. Strong research and compliance knowledge is essential to ensure all safety and quality checks align with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support teams in prequalifying subcontractors from various perspectives
• Communicate effectively with subs for compliance documentation
• Adjust prequalification standards according to industry changes
• Maintain accurate and organized data controls
• Review key documents ensuring compliance with Stantec standards
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Minimum 3 years in project/contract administration
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Adobe and MS Office
• Experience with document control practices
