Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational performance using KPIs and data insights

• Monitor data to identify exceptions and operational gaps

• Conduct root cause analysis for performance challenges

• Develop forecasting models for business trends

• Partner with leaders to implement improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or operations management

• 7–10 years of experience in analytics or operations analysis

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication abilities with operational leaders
