Position: New Installation Field Supervisor
About Our Client:
We are partnering with a global leader in urban mobility and infrastructure technology. They combine a rich, century-long legacy with cutting-edge tech, prioritizing a culture of safety, mentorship, and high ethical standards. They are looking for a key leadership figure to head up their field team in Calgary.

The Role in a Nutshell:
As the Field Supervisor for New Installations (NI) & Modernizations (MOD), you won't just be sitting behind a desk. You will be the bridging force between project management and field execution. Your primary mission is to oversee capital equipment installation and modernization projects across the Calgary area, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the absolute highest quality standards.

This is a people-first role where coaching, mentoring, and maintaining a stellar safety culture are just as important as hit-list deliverables.

Competitive base salary matched to your experience level.

Provide hands-on guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to unionized field technicians. You’ll be their go-to for technical and safety coaching, helping them grow while ensuring work quality is top-notch.
- Safety First, Always:
Drive a proactive safety culture. You will conduct regular safety audits, investigate near-misses, ensure proper PPE compliance, and spearhead early and safe return-to-work programs.
- Project & Budget Ownership:
Keep a close eye on the numbers. You’ll manage technician manpower and project milestones within a set financial budget to maximize operational efficiency.
- Quality Control:
Monitor job checkpoints to ensure all work adheres to ISO standards, local government regulations, and internal safety protocols. If there’s a gap, you'll be the one implementing the corrective action.
