Our transportation client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to drive HCM implementation delivery using Dayforce, Workday, and process mapping
Join a large-scale HCM transformation program moving from design validation into build, integration, and SIT preparation. This role supports end-to-end business analysis activities across requirements clarification, future-state process mapping, integration alignment, and transition-to-operations documentation within a partially defined delivery environment. The program includes parallel-run readiness planning ahead of a high-criticality payroll go-live targeted for late Q1 . The engagement offers visibility across distributed stakeholders and implementation partner transition activities.
