Position: Senior Performance Advisor at WestJet

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage transformation initiatives to boost operational performance

• Build executive presentations and report on progress to senior leaders

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field

• 8-12 years in operations or business consulting roles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and project management
