Bright Path Kids is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Early Childhood Educator to enhance our children's learning experiences. In this role, you will develop dynamic programs in line with our curriculum while ensuring children’s safety and well-being. Collaborating with parents and fellow staff, you will create an environment that fosters growth and development for every child.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement developmentally appropriate programs for children

• Maintain a nurturing and organized classroom environment

• Assess children's progress and engage with parents

• Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues and families

• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional training

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education Level 1 Certification or equivalent

• Compliance with provincial childcare employment regulations

• First Aid and CPR certifications required

• Valid immunization and health assessment documentation
