Key Responsibilities:

• Implement educational programs based on Bright Path’s philosophy

• Ensure a safe and clean learning environment for children

• Assess developmental needs and report to families

• Cultivate positive relationships with children and staff

• Attend professional development and staff meetings as necessary

Requirements:

• Certification in Early Childhood Education (Level 1, 2, or
3) or

B.Ed.

• Fulfill provincial childcare employment criteria

• Valid Standard First Aid and infant child CPR certification

• Current immunization and health assessment compliance
