Position: Flexible Casual Support Educator Opportunity
Active Start Childcare is hiring Flexible Casual Support Educators in Country Hills to foster positive child interactions and enriching learning experiences. This on-call role requires communication and multitasking skills.

We are looking for Casual Educators adept in child development, eager to lead engaging sessions and ensure safety in childcare environments. Ideal candidates should be adaptable and dependable, with a focus on building strong relationships with children and colleagues. Having relevant certifications is important, and previous childcare experience will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized learning programs

• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols

• Lead children's integrated recreational activities

• Actively supervise and engage in play

• Establish positive communication with families and staff

Requirements:

• Childcare experience preferred

• Completion of Alberta Child Care certification levels 1, 2, or 3 needed

• Clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required

• Effective communication skills and basic computer proficiency
